All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase!

Free shipping in Italy over 200 €, while in the rest of Europe shipping is calculated at checkout, but over 200€ is FREE!

 If you buy in our city (Caltanissetta), we will be happy to deliver by hand!

 Your package will be shipped via UPS, in a safe and tracked shipment! Your tracking code will arrive in your inbox the exact moment it will be sent!

Mercanzia and Rosario Criscuoli are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties, nor for any lost or stolen packages.

REFUND POLICY

RETURN:

Listen to me! Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, that way we can analyze the problem and fix it. you must inform us of the damage by sending us pictures, this must happen before 24 hours of receiving the items, we will reply to you within a very short time!

You have the right to open the package and check its contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging and price tags must be returned with the product unaltered.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card institution may take some time to process and send your refund as well. Remember that shipping costs cannot be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
